We reached out to Ron back in July of 2021 because we wanted to buy a home on the lake. To begin with, we were looking for a piece of land and were going to put a manufactured home on it. We began interacting with Ron on this initiative. Ron provided great guidance on what type of land we should be looking for and quickly provided multiple options. We live about an hour and a half from the lake, so driving up to look at property was somewhat of a challenge during the week. Ron immediately offered up that he would drive to each of these properties and inspect them for their viability to fit our needs. This was so impressive to us that he would be willing to go that extra mile to help us find our vacation home.

After looking at some land options, it became clear that what made the most sense for us was to find a house that had most of the items we wanted already in place. This required an increase in budget and a change in strategy for Ron in searching for a place. Ron jumped on the challenge and switched strategies to find us a turn-key lake house. I was completely impressed with his professional, yet genuine and personable attitude throughout the whole process. He could’ve easily vented frustration at having wasted so much time searching for land, but he kept a positive attitude and shifted to the new strategy with ease. He quickly provided some new options, despite the tight market and low housing inventory. He was completely accommodating on times to meet and worked with us to make our schedule work.

One other important attribute to mention about Ron is that he is ultra-responsive in all communications whether it be phone calls, text messages, or emails. He was always right there when we needed him and if he was busy, he would let us know and call us back at his earliest convenience. This is such an impressive attribute to me as I have worked with various people throughout the years that were the exact opposite of this. His commitment to always being available made the whole experience seamless and efficient.
